Delegate Howell moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 10, line 38, by striking out paragraph “(L)” in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new paragraph “(L)” to read as follows:
            “(L) Corrections medical providers, pursuant to 15A-1-1 et seq. of this code.”
